Raw silk is the filament silk obtained from mulberry cocoons. It is considered to be the oldest and the finest fabrics across the world.
Raw silks are woven from Pure silk that are unprocessed have a nubby and rougher surface. The fibre used to make raw silk is shorter which contributes to its unique texture.
Adorned with jute and zari weaving on the pallu, this coral raw silk with light and dark blue borders on either sides is a treasure to wear.. This exquisite saree is weaved by a master weaver in West Bengal.
