NOTE FOR RETURN

  • The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
  • The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
  • Customised products cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Return request that are notraised within 3 days of receiving the product would not be accepted.
  • Products bought during 'sale' are non-refundable 

 

DOMESTIC ORDERS

Cancellation Policy :

  1. If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so before it is shipped. 
  2. If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will return the entire amount of that product.

Return Policy :

    1. If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse the package. Mail us at info@desialmaree.com - mentioning your Order ID. 
    2. Shipping charges are non refundable
    3. Raise your return request within 3 days of receiving the shipment through email on info@desialmaree.com with your Order ID. We will either provide you a credit note or refund the amount of the product.
    4. The shipping charges for sending the products back has to be borne by the customer
    5. Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team
    6. The amount refunded to you would be only for the products not the shipping charges
    7. If you do opt for a credit note, you cannot en-cash it later. 
    8. If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately by mailing us at info@desialmaree.com with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect. We will either provide you a credit note or refund the amount of that defected product
    9. We do not have an exchange policy for our products.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
