The uniqueness of the Chinnalapatti tie and dye sarees is that mercerized cotton yarn is tied and dyed and used as weft with crispy kora silk yarn in the warp. This painstakingly tie and dye process is done entirely by hand.
Adorned with intricate ikat weaving in garnet red on the pallu, this deep red Chinnalapatti has all over delicate zig-zag ikat motifs with a broad marigold border is a treasure to wear.. This exquisite saree is weaved by our master weaver and crafts artisans in Dindigul – Tamil Nadu.
